Event: Exclusive Shopping Incentive
Destination: New York City

Client Goals and Expectations:
Our client challenged us to produce and manage a memorable, four day incentive experience for dealer principals who achieved outstanding sales results within a given period of time. Each dealer and their guest would be invited to New York City for an exclusive luxury shopping experience. The client requested “only the best of the best” which included a luxurious hotel, unique venues, exclusive experiences and turndown gifts that captured the spirit and flavor of New York creating memories that would last for years to come.

Pinnacle’s Solution:
As a previous client of ours, we knew expectations would be high. We enjoyed the opportunity to recreate a successful program and ensure a spectacular experience for all who attended. The newly redesigned Plaza Hotel was an ideal hotel for our group. With its historic architecture, luxurious accommodations, enchanting history and proximity to New York’s most popular shopping establishments and various landmarks, The Plaza was sure to capture the excitement of all guests.

In addition, we selected a wine bar directly across the street from Rockefeller Center for an exclusive buy-out welcome reception. The guests would undoutedly be impressed, as there is no better place in the city during the holidays to view the giant Christmas tree and all the many festivities in the area. The holiday spirit would be made complete by hiring Christmas carolers to sing at the welcome reception.

Needless to say, this would set the tone for the rest of the trip. The second night the guests would enjoy a private dining experience at a renowned restaurant followed by pre-planned carriage rides through Central Park. The final night guests relaxed at a farewell reception at The Plaza hotel’s Rose Club, followed by an highly praised Broadway show. During the days the participants will enjoy spa treatments and personal shopping experiences with dedicated car and driver service, always having a fully staffed and stocked hospitality suite overlooking Central Park open for questions or special requests. All individual and group transportation would be luxurious and exclusive. Lastly, the nightly room gifts will consist of jewelry from Tiffany’s, artwork and the latest electronic gadgets. This ensured a truly spectacular trip!

Results:
The best of the best was delivered. All guests were ‘wowed’ by the sophistication and attention to detail from beginning to end. The event rewarded dealer principals and their guests with a phenomenal experience that strengthened the relationship between Lexus and their dealers. This inspired dealers to continue their high level of quality leadership that sets the Lexus brand apart from the competition.

Event: Dealer Principal Incentive
Destination: San Francisco and Napa Valley

Client Goals and Expectations:
Our client challenged us to create a one-of-a-kind exclusive food and wine trip to San Francisco and the Napa Valley area. They wanted an experience their dealers could never duplicate on their own, one that incorporated not only the most luxurious accommodations and unique high-end venues but the most celebrated food and wine experts available (some of the world’s most renowned reside in San Francisco and the Napa Valley area!). In total, the client wanted the zenith of sophistication and quality for his guests and he wanted this from beginning to end.

Pinnacle’s Solution:
We knew the caliber of program they were looking for, the most exclusive food and wine experience of their lives. From past experience and destination knowledge, we knew both destinations could deliver. It would just be a matter of securing top notch hotels, venues and celebrity food and wine experts to create the client’s vision of an exclusive and unforgettable trip. We recommended one of the most consistently highly rated hotels in San Francisco, the Ritz-Carlton. The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco is located in a beautiful historic building in the Knob Hill area and offers a level of sophistication and service that is nearly unrivaled in the city. We recommended their club level rooms, as the hotel’s club service is unmatched. We would use the hotel’s renowned restaurant exclusively for our welcome reception. That evening guests will receive John Hardy jewelry and Tumi luggage as turndown gifts. For transportation to the Napa Valley area we recommended the most VIP service available, helicopter transfers. Once in wine country, we recommended the ultimate in luxurious accommodations, Calistoga Ranch. This resort perfectly blends the beauty of nature, luxury, sophistication and the spirit of the area in the most tasteful upscale way imaginable. We would utilize the services of Karen MacNeil, author of the famous Wine Bible, to assist us and accompany the group to dinners, as well as entertain and educate our guests with her knowledge. For the welcome dinner we recommended an exclusive private dinner offering spectacular views at the Viader home and vineyards, complete with Viader family members.

The following night we would dine with renowned Food Network chef and proprietor, Michael Chiarello, at his St. Helena home and vineyards. Our final night in the valley would be nothing less than impressive, a private viewing of art and an exclusive dinner at Cliff Lede Winery and Vineyards, made complete with the company of Mr. Cliff Lede, the interesting and colorful proprietor. Days are filled with activity options that emphasized food and wine education at the historic Culinary Institute of America, tranquil spa treatments at Calistoga Ranch, car and driver service touring the top wineries and meeting privately with proprietors and lunching at the best restaurants, such as Cindy Pawlcyn’s ‘Go Fish’ restaurant in St. Helena. To finish off each evening, the nightly turn-down gifts would be exquisite gift baskets from Napa Style, Michael Chiarello’s upscale food and wine shop, personalized cookbooks from Michael Chiarello and Cindy Pawlcyn, a selection of all the best wines tasted throughout the trip, titanium glassware and other wine gadgets, all sent directly to guest homes to ensure traveling convenience.

Results:
The result was phenomenal! Words cannot adequately convey the level of success we experienced with this event. It was an A +++ outcome with all of our recommendations selected. Guests were in awe of the many elements incorporated into this trip, such as the hotel accommodations (Ritz-Carlton San Francisco and Calistoga Ranch), VIP helicopter transfers, renowned food and wine experts, private and exclusive dinners at amazing venues, superb entertainment, delightful activities and the many wonderful gifts selected. We could not have been happier and all of our hard work was well orchestrated to produce this once-in-a-lifetime trip. Well done to say the least!

Event: Family Vacation for Lexus General Managers and Families
Destination: Atlantis Resort, Bahamas

Client Goals and Expectations:
Our client challenged us to find a premiere destination for a six day summer family incentive trip. The destination would need to be attractive and accommodating to all ages. In other words, a kid-friendly upscale resort that offered enough activities and entertainment options for children and parents alike. The destination could be either domestic or international and final selection would depend on the travel time from midwest gateway cities. The client’s expectation was that the resort would deliver luxurious accommodations and amenities, as well as delivering a high level of service that Lexus guests are accustomed to receiving. Scheduled group functions such as dinners and activities would have to be creative, unique and upscale and there would need to be at least one ‘adults only’ dinner. In addition, the client requested sourcing for nightly turndown gifts that could either be used during their stay and/or represented the destination tastefully. These had to be gifts the whole family could enjoy.

Pinnacle’s Solution:
We knew we had our work cut out for us. We researched and considered several fun family destinations such as Atlantis in the Bahamas, Walt Disney World in Florida, Disneyland in California, Disney Cruises, Sea Island Resort in Georgia and various family style ranches in Montana and Wyoming. Atlantis Resort was selected for the vast number of family options that exist there, as well as its close proximity to the states. Out of the several properties to choose from, we selected The Cove, the most luxurious all-suite hotel at Atlantis. The Cove offered the best in-room amenities and the most stunning views of the resort. For scheduled evening functions we proposed a themed traditional Bahamian Junkanoo Welcome Reception to get guests excited and give them a sense of place and culture. As well, we offered dine-arounds to the best restaurants, an adult’s only dinner at the famous Graycliff restaurant and private dinners with upscale Bahamian entertainment for the whole family. Activities were varied, both fun and relaxing options were offered, such as, swimming with the dolphins, a day relaxing on a spectacular private island fully stocked with food and beverage and optional activities, spa treatments, horseback riding, golf, fishing, sail/snorkel excursions, historic tours and the many activities offered and available directly on property at the Atlantis Resort. In additon, we had a hospitality suite that was available to guests at all times, fully stocked with games, arts and crafts, food, beverage and knowledgeable staff ready to assist in whatever why needed. Lastly, our nightly room gifts were a dynamic and creative blend of Bahamian flavors, scents, edibles, as well as games, resort gift cards, electronic gadgets and high end souvenirs.

Results:
The result was an amazing family vacation that attendees raved about throughout the program and probably for long after the program. We successfully delivered a family-fun environment and vacation experience that was the combination of all elements the client had requested and hoped for.
