Charlene Young – Principal
Charlene has 15 years of extensive industry experience in exclusive group travel management. Her background is diverse and includes high-end cruise ships, hotels, incentive and marketing companies, as well as event planning/management for a top notch automotive company (both luxury and middle market).
Charlene is well known to her clients for key destination knowledge and her creative insight in building successful travel programs for all levels of attendees. Her win-win attitude ensures strong and lasting partnerships with clients and key suppliers. She is involved in every step of the creative development, planning, marketing and operating of meetings, incentives, product launches, press events and special events. Her dedication to a client’s success has made her an extremely valuable resource. In addition, she focuses heavily on best practices and how to maximize services at a cost savings to her clients.
